The “Creo Shoe Concept” is a modular system for long life shoes, with the focal point on user integration in the production process. The shoe components come in a leather envelope, accompanied by a booklet with background information about the materials used. The user gives the envelope to his local shoemaker to let him sew the inner shoe. Afterwards the user can assemble his shoe without glue. The shoe components are made out of renewable and recyclable materials.
The startup project COMAKE Shoes is based on the "Creo Shoe Concept".
